Check content of the template in the bundle "E-mail templates" and then choose the template from the dropdown list.

"Send a preview" to your email and check everything is OK before sending the newsletter.

Optionally you can choose the industry from where the recipients will be.

Send the newsletter to all (all or industry) recipient with "Send to all recipient".
